Delivery
We deliver throughout the UK. Please allow up to 3 working days for your order to be prepared and dispatched.
Delivery Charges
- Standard Delivery (3-5 working days): £4.95
- Express Delivery (1-2 working days): £7.95
- Orders over £60: FREE Standard Delivery
Please note that we are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your parcel’s progress.
What if I’m not home?
If you are not home at the time of delivery, the courier will leave your parcel in a safe place. If a safe place is not available, they will leave a card with instructions on how to rearrange delivery or collect your parcel from a local depot.
Returns
We hope you love everything you order, but if you need to return an item, we offer a full refund within 30 days of purchase.
How do I return an item?
To start a return, please visit our returns portal at earthwise-organic.com and follow the instructions. You will need your order number.
Once your return is authorised, you will receive a returns note to include with your parcel. Please post your unwanted item(s) back to us in their original condition, with any tags still attached.
When will I receive my refund?
We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned item(s) back at our warehouse. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.
What if my item is faulty or incorrect?
We are sorry if something is not right with your order. Please contact us immediately via the returns portal at earthwise-organic.com and we will arrange a replacement or refund for you.
